When I visited chic, elegant Novy Restaurant at the posh address in Gurugram, I didn’t know I was going to meet two enterprising women whose brainchild is Novy, purely by instinct. Both were doing very well in the Corporate World and had no plans to start Restaurant Business. And both were passionate about food, hosting and hospitality – and that became their starting point for Novy.
I am talking about the young Founders of Novy –
Nishtha Kawatra, Co-Founder, and
Saachi M Yadav, Co-Founder.
While Nishtha brings her business acumen and creative sensibility to the brand, Saachi is armed with corporate expertise and deep love for cuisine, mixology, and experiential design for the restaurant.
So NOVY is their love – a place to experience world cuisine through their lens — shaped by the places they have lived, the meals they have shared, and the stories they have brought back with them.
