Recently I was invited at a beautiful property in Dharamshala – Norbu The Montanna, Dharamshala- IHCL SeleQtions.
I had a wonderful staycation for 3 nights. First I must talk about the view from the hotel. The property is a glowing hidden jewel, perched daintily amidst the popular stunning ‘Dhauladhar’ mountain range, in the heart of Himachal Pradesh. So wherever you see, the gorgeous mountains seem to embrace you. They seem to be very close and I kept on looking at the glittering snow peaks for hours.
what made my experience outstanding was the warmth of the hotel team. Right from the care of the General Manager – Subhendu Biswas to the gentle Chef Anirban Biswas and vivacious FnB Head Deepak Thapa; alongwith the team in the restaurant who served me with so much love; I really had a memorable experience.

Deepak and his team organised Riverside picnic for me and we sang, ate and had a blast.
Chef Anirban gave me delicious surprise at every meal – curating exquisite menus.
His Tibetan Degustation Menu – ‘ Tashi Delek ‘ was outstanding. The food and presentation impeccable.
