Nisaba’ by Chef Manish Mehrotra is the talk of the town.
Launched this month under the ‘Manish Mehrotra Culinary Arts (MMCA)’ banner, with this new chapter chef has embarked on a personal culinary space. “Much of my inspiration comes from the people who cook quietly and skillfully across India, the street vendors, dhabas, thelas and many more. Good food, simple food, done honestly is Nisaba.
