As I walked up the white palette stairs of ‘Organic Bistro’, I understood what the restaurant stands for – non fussy, clean, minimalist concept where every dish speaks of its flavours and ingredients. A design choice that echoes its clean food philosophy.
Here is a Bistro, all day dining that offers a casual yet chic ambiance, making it a space where guests can dine informally, unwind, and enjoy food in a relaxed setting.
I am escorted to a corner table from where I get to see beautiful trees and the buzzing market down below the window. Soon Arjun Gupta, the co owner and Chef Nishant Choubey, the curator of the menu joins me and they make my day!
How could I not ask Arjun about the concept? So we chatted and here is what he said – “At Organic Bistro, we believe food should feel familiar, comforting and honest. We want our guests to experience how real, natural and organic food tastes better when it is prepared the right way-wholesome, flavourful, and satisfying without being heavy.”
“Our menu is inspired by what families genuinely look for when dining out. It features well-loved dishes that offer comfort and familiarity, along with a few thoughtful surprises from our kitchen. Each dish is designed to balance taste, nutrition, and indulgence, staying true to our philosophy of clean and conscious eating.”

Chefs at large
The kitchen is led by Chef Nishant Choubey and in-house Chef Gourav Singh Mahori. They have created a menu that showcases good food, clear intent, and zero compromise on flavour or warmth.
“We have created a menu that looks interesting with a slight offbeat element, yet every dish is clear without any complexity,” tells Chef Nishant. I ask him his favourite from the menu and quick comes his reply – Natural Pigmented Purple Potato Dahi Vada, which has no artificial coloring.” We’ve kept the menu open, balanced, and ingredient led dining — whether you’re in the mood for a salad, starter or something soul-soothing,” he adds.
Do try some of the Signature dishes like Peri Peri Chickpea Hummus with Tzatziki, Truffle Beetroot and Ricotta Shami, Chicken Urfa Kebab, Jackfruit Haleem, Torched Portobello with Achari Rajma Khichri,
and Jackfruit Biryani. The menu also features much loved, Choley Bhature and Butter Chicken.

Beverages range from smoothies and cold-pressed juices to organic teas and coffees, all prepared without preservatives or additives. I chose my favourite ABC juice, here it comes with Amla (gooseberry) and that makes it more healthy.
Walk in for a solo meal as I wish to do for my 11am breakfast. Yes, the kitchen is ready to serve you from 11 am onwards.
